Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Cozy Skn Studio LLC no later than 24 hours prior at (516) 996-1118
I currently do not charge a late fee, but after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
Same-day cancellations do not have any reschedule date or refund options & will be will result in a 10% charge.
No calls , No-shows will be charged in full for services.
You can reschedule (with your same deposit) up to 24 hrs prior to your appointment.
